The story of just about every game this year. Need to get better at halftime adjustments.

I'm guessing we end up with 6-8 wins this year. But I'm still hoping this ends up a 10 or 11 win season.

Pretty sure AJ Johnson earned himself a lot more playing time. Plus he gives Fangio some speed at MLB that we desperately need.

I couldn’t watch the game but based on the stat line the passing offense was effective but not real good explosive minus the TD to Sutton.


Fangio has to very upset with 12 penalties for 122 yards and 2 turnovers. We did get 3 turnovers.

The second game in a row in which we dominated the first half … AJ kicked some butt and played a great game in spite of not coming away with what would have been a game-clinching INT .. He was right there in the right place though ...

The D holds Rivers to 211 yds, Gordon was their top rusher with 31 yds on the ground, and we hold LA's offense to 2 FGs ..

I hope Bausby is OK … He has shown himself to be an excellent CB and if Callahan ever gets on the field, we'll be that much better ..

Mike Purcell looked really good at times ..

This isn't the Bengals, Titans, Dolphins or some other middling team that is doomed to mediocrity .. There are bright spots all over this roster ..

Fangio is a defensive master … To expect his defensive plan to be run to perfection 4 or 5 games into his tenure is just not realistic -- give this guy a few seasons and a MLB and a NT/D lineman, and look out ..

Scangarello is very smart, and it's been obvious the way this team has opened the past two games … Give this staff some games under their belt, and look out ...

I think we've gotta get 87 and 10 a little more involved, esp to start the 2nd half .. We have the potential to blow team out, eps at home after they get worn down … The process is happening ..

And every game that goes by I love Risner even more … every catch downfield, you've got number 66 down there pushing the pile after contact .. love this guy ..

Two weeks in a row 17 points in one half. They are making progress, they just need to stay on it in the second half of the game.

This team is right there. It’s not as bad as 1-4 would suggest, and it looks like it’s beginning to come together.

Nice mention of Mike Purcell who brought some enthusiasm to the dline.

Thoughts:

1) Great to see Jano back in action - his effort showed in the run game.
2) Phillip Lindsay - "looks" faster than anyone on the field
3) AJ has the potential to be a great Bronco's LB
4) Kareem Jackson - played like an all star.
5) Mike Purcell continues to impress with his effort and field awareness
6) The Dline got their hands up and help the pass defense
7) Bolles is playing well.
