Iowa QB Spencer Petras had a 1.1 QBR after Week 1.

That was after going 11 for 25 for 109 yards and 1 INT

Today, he was 12 for 26 for 92 yards and 1 INT.

Can a QBR actually be negative?

Agreed, but they were playing like a spring scrimmage. 15 different receivers caught passes, 4 RBs, 3 QBs...I think the waterboy was playing too. Still got the shutout though.
