Not even letting their pounding of the Raiders influence that prediction, they should be able to get it done with Matt Ryan vs. Taysom Hill. I know Ryan might be in the Rivers/Stafford stat-padding win-nothing category but seriously this should be a walk in the park.Upset special bold prediction... the Falcons knock off the Saints.
WFT over the Steelers would be a decent bet too.Upset special bold prediction... the Falcons knock off the Saints.
I almost picked up Baker in FF... almost. lolThis is the biggest game of Mayfield's career. He has to prove once and for all he can have a good game against a good team. 1-3 against playoff caliber teams this year. Here are his numbers in three losses.
Ravens: 21-39 / 189 yards / 1 TD & 1 int / QBR- 38.7
Steelers: 10-19 / 119 / 1 & 2 / QBR- 8.6
Raiders: 12-25 / 122 / 0 & 0 / QBR- 41.0
The Browns did beat a playoff bound Colts team this year. But to nobody's surprise Mayfield didn't have a good game.
21-37 / 247 / 2 & 2 / QBR- 83.5
Wish I could say I have faith in Mayfield having a good game today, but I don't. Hopefully I'm wrong though.
Decent ceiling, but the floor is what scares me with Baker. lolGood thing you didn't.
I can see Taysom Hill being exposed. Atlanta's not as bad as their early season woes made them out to be. Keep Hill from busting runs and he really is not good. Of course, if the Falcons do shut down Hill and get out to a lead, do we maybe get a Jameis Winston sighting in the second half? The Saints need to keep winning to hold off the Packers and Seahawks. Not even letting their pounding of the Raiders influence that prediction, they should be able to get it done with Matt Ryan vs. Taysom Hill. One thing going for Mayfield, the Titans pass rush is virtually non existent. If the Browns pound the ball with Chubb and Hunt and get the defense to commit, it will give Mayfield opportunities in play action to find guys. This is the biggest game of Mayfield's career. I think the Browns have a real shot today if they play mistake free. They definitely need to play better than they did vs the Jags. Titans coming off two big wins are maybe due for a letdown game. Doubtfull but possible.
Need them to lose and for us to win and we'll be 1 game behind the Browns and we own the tie-breaker.....
Hopefully he balls out today. Its good to see the Browns finally connecting all the dots. How do you feel about the Cleveland D-line & LBers going to war against Derrick Henry? Tough out for anyone. He has to play smart today. No TO's and no over throwing wide open receivers. Although with the running attack of both teams this game will probably be decided on the ground.
