Has anyone heard any word on if the game next week with the Eagles is going to be flexed into the SNF game? I knew it was eligible to be moved but FOX wanted to keep it.

Time has certainly changed for me since Feb when my mom died. Just got back this morning from a 24 hour visit with my dad.

My condolences, I can't imagine going through something like that. I think that losing my parents is probably the biggest fear that I have.

If Fox wanted to keep it, probably stays with them... I believe the Networks have the right to tag one game a week which are then untouchable... like the Pats/Steelers game

Lost my dad 14 years ago ( he had just turned 50 ).

I'll be 44 in a week, so I'm not far from 50. Makes you stop and think and appreciate every day you have and make the most of them.

If Fox wanted to keep it, probably stays with them... I believe the Networks have the right to tag one game a week which are then untouchable... like the Pats/Steelers game

I had heard that they didn't tag the game but really wanted to keep it and have Buck and Aikman broadcasting. If FOX does keep it, my main question would be if Buck calls it fairly or if he will be more partial to the Eagles since he's a St Louis guy and wasn't exactly thrilled with what went down about a couple of years ago.

I lost my father about the same time as you, he was 59... I agree about appreciating life while you can. You can bet those we've all lost would want the same for us...

Thanks guys....just turned 46 and this year has been a learning experience for sure and a lot of first's.


First Mothers day without her, first birthday without her, first Thanksgiving, first Christmas, etc.

Certainly makes you appreciate every day.

Was closer to my mom, but made a promise to her that I'd spend a lot of time with my dad....she was always more concerned about other people than herself.....I know she'd be happy.....
