NFL GameDay Prime on NFL Network really fell off. Sucks because it was the one pre/post game show that I actually enjoyed.

Where was everyone? It was Rose and Prime. Boring. Where are Charissa and company?

The Patriots don't have a challenging game on their schedule until November 3rd. Must be nice

You need to share those winnings...good call...Steelers not in the class of NE, not in NE anyway, not anywhere last night.

I’ll try not to. But i’ll continue to judge the commander of this clown car, like I have for the past 3-4 years. We’ve really been seeing this for over a decade with no changes to their approach. That starts at the top. And they just gave the man a 2 year extension for essentially wallowing in mediocrity. The amount of talent that this staff has wasted is amazing.

Steelers are in desperate need of change
Tomlin is a joke.

I mean isnt the honeymoon long over now? The Superbowl win with mainly guys from Cowher was over 10 years ago and its been 9 years since they lost to the Packers. They have won what 3 playoff games since? One of those was gifted to the them by the Bengals. So yeah if I was a Steelers fan I'd want better

I'm the opposite of a Steeler fan and I want better.

Probably not the best answer
Pressers were riddled with "shouldn't have said that" comments... I'm finding more comedy from it today, than the pure fiery unadulterated rage like last night.

I agree but he’s gotta do a better job... for his own good.

Spending 5 months getting ready for 1 game, with 1 goal on your mind, and then showing up to play but your teammates all around you didn't leave the bus... I'd be enraged. No Ben didn't bring his best game with him last night, but he played better than everyone else did. The sorry sacks of shit calling the plays didn't make anything easier either. That was a colossal punch in the nuts for everyone involved. All offseason we were spoonfed this BS like "this year feels so much different with the chemistry", "we are as motivated as ever to play with such a close-knit group", yadda yadda yadda... If the sum of all those puff quotes/pieces equates to what we saw last night, then I can rest easy knowing that the Super Bowl window has been slammed closed.

Knowing Tomlin he'll have the team resurrected, but they will undoubtedly suffer more catastrophes such as we saw last night along the way. I started the season with a 10-6 prediction, but I'm waning towards a 7-9 in hopes that they miss the playoffs and Tomlin gets ousted. One can dream.

I agree that Ben was the best player for the Steelers on the field last night.

I'm still laughing at the field goal decision down 20-0 on the 1 yard line. Especially given they burned a timeout the play before. Do they really feel better about themselves with 3 points instead of 0.

"Wow we suck, just mail it in boys for next week" kind of decisionmaking.

Typically is every week. These are the kinds of games that spur him into the try-hard mode where he forces the balls and racks up INTs. Because if everyone around him won't rise to the occasion, then hero ball it is.

I agree. It was as if he was more concerned with getting shut out than winning.

Tomlin has never been known for his in-game decision making skills... For fuck's sake they just hired a guy to take over the challenges for him. :L
