A guy at work said good morning america filmed this kid themselves. I would believe that it was real if GMA was really there. At the same time, he was saying that it was about a 50 yard through and I told him that if it was about 30 yards I could believe it but 50 its BS. It looks like maybe 30.

If it's fake then this kid is the biggest idiot on earth. What happens when a college recruiter asks him to do it again? He'd better damn well be able to do it or he'll be laughed out of town. Someone with 4.4 speed and a good arm could do it. There are probably plenty of guys in the pro game who could do it if they practiced a bit. He's launching the ball like a mortar so he can run underneath it.

I'll admit that it's definitely doable, his arm angle is a little weird and the way the ball comes down makes it look fake to me.

It's only 30 yards, it's not that hard really.

I could do 15-20 myself and I'm probably slower than most NFL lineman and don't have near the arm.

50 yards would be huge.

It's probably doable, but this is clearly fake. There are two different shadows from a football. He threw it really high and out of the view of the camera and then had a buddy behind the camera throw him a deep pass.

He did it to get recruited. He's like a 2 or 3 star prospect, who's most likely not getting a lot of attention from schools.

Because it's not fake and isn't even a hard thing to do.

It's a 30 yard throw, not a 50 yard throw.

40 yard dash in say 4.5? Even less than that, so he only needs to get the ball with about 4 seconds hang time max.

Not hard to do really.

The ball is already out of his hand before the follow through necessary for a deep ball. Look at the third pic I posted. You don't release the ball that soon for a deep ball.

Whoever edited it did one hell of a job though. That's why I wasn't 100%, but you can tell something is off.

It's not edited he throws the ball off camera runs then is hit long by someone behind him off camera. Easy fake. Ball he caught didn't have the arc therefore hang time to pull off.
