now if all the ," we can fix every hole in the off season crowd" can get that into their collective heads then they will understand besides the success rates of FA's in general ( about 40% work out )

Yes to "in part." It also someone they are familiar with and knows the system. They brought Heinicke in last year because he was familiar with Scott Turner.
