If Washington could get a first, or a second rounder and another pick for Payne, they should jump on that in a ny minute.

They should hold on to fuller if all they get is a fourth, but that’s mostly because they have literally nobody else, not that Fuller has been good this year.

Ionnidis has been good this year, so I wouldnt trade him unless you plan on signing payne long term.

RSJ can go for a mid round pick or higher. It’s hard to know how much is RSJ, and how much is the TE coach who is obviously quite a good one.

People often talk about a rebuild but it is impossible to rebuild if every 3 or 4 years you are replacing the HC. We all know the new HC is going to want HIS guys. Same if there is a personnel guy. The WTF are far from the only team that does this. Look at teams with a long record of hiring a new coach after 3 or 4 years and you will see a perennial loser.

The trick is finding the right guy and then letting him do his thing. That is supposedly what Snyder did with RR. All new QBs, all new RBs, mostly new OLineman. The D is probably about 40% new guys. All in less than 2 years. This is why I do not believe in the 5 year building plan. Only one coach was here that long and he was gone 5 games into his 6th year. You just can't win that way.

Add to that Snyder's meddling and it is even worse.
