How do you knock out their starter and then give up 3rd and 22? Jesus, Bud's D cannot play in a 2-minute setting.

EDIT: QUIT PLAYING FUCKING PREVENT ZONE COVERAGE

Wow. What a game.

Don't know what to say about that, other than I'm glad they won.

Almost felt sorry for Mike London for a moment there. He looked very human as he almost smiled at the VT fans going nuts with 12 seconds yet, and then got very sad when he thought about the reality of his team's imminent loss.

I am excited for the win and beating UVA, but this does not make up for getting shut out by Wake Forest.

The best part is three more weeks of practice and a bowl game.

They really need it.

It was good to see JC Coleman have some success, and for Brewer as well. Say what you will about Brewer, but the guy is a fighter.

The boys balled out tonight. They simply were not going to lose. That's the spirit!

Awesome game (well, finish)! Just got back and am attempting to thaw and wind down in the hotel. Spending the rest of the weekend in Blacksburg and it will be a lot better with a W under our belt!

Great game and spirit by the Hokies tonight. When UVA took the lead, this looked like another stomach punch loss. But Brewer and Bucky came up with a huge drive. There were definite shades of the OSU game with the answer-the-bell drive. Brewer still is a turnover machine but he demonstrated some total grit coming back from the injury. JC Coleman was balling again. And Rogers made some huge runs when Coleman needed a rest. Dadi had the huge sack and it was very classy of him to check on Grayson after the hit that took out 2 players; I didn't recall seeing Ekanem on the field for a while until the final defensive snap.

Hokies win, Caps win. It was a good sports day. Long live the streak!!!

Also, a tip of the cap to Mike Moore for the roughing the passer play on the Hokies final drive. You turned a nearly grounding call into a 15 yard jump start to the 40.

Congrats on the win. I can't say good game, as that shit was just down right ugly on both sides, and then the refs couldn't get their shit together either.

Great win last night. It was an up and down game, but fun to watch. The players are always chippy when they play each other, but tensions and excitement seemed a little more than usual last night. The atmosphere looked pretty great on TV... I am hoping the recruits had the same experience there.

11 in a row!! And I believe the Hoos are losing a lot after this year.
