Stewart should've been ejected, suspended, and fined. That was the biggest spear launch I've seen since bountygate. Mind you I hate Cam Newton lol.

Marshall should of been flagged/fined. Miller is ticky tack. That seemed incidental to me.

Would they call the foul if the player was a tight end or running back? If not, then they shouldn't call it here.

FTR, the rules also state that a runner can't lower their head either. I have never seen someone called for that though.

He was a QB that already released the ball; he was no longer a runner. It should've been a personal foul, and it's going to be a fine.

I agree that Miller's was the least offensive of the three, but when QBs have drawn flags for getting a slap to the head, Miller's hit should be a penalty too. The inconsistency in enforcing contact to the head is really sad.
