Why on this site does every twitter post say "Loading tweet..."

It never loads, if i use IEexplorer it wokrs, but not in firefox? any ideas

Check your add ons, if any are enable, disable them. Then enable them one by one until you find the one blocking Twitter from loading. Or just keep all of them disable.

i only have 3 add ons that dont require permission to run, turned each one off, and it still doesnt work

I'd try to uninstall Firefox, make sure all Firefox data is deleted, then reinstall.

Which means you still had Firefox files on computer. When you uninstall you also have remove all files left behind.

Use Revo uninstall app to uninstall Firefox , Revo will also install all files and data left behind. It will ask first if this is what you want.

used revo, found a ton of undeleted files and folders, deleted them all, re-installed, and all my bookmarks were still there

If not, get a app called Search Everything. Uninstall Firefox again, delete files, then search for Firefox files with search everything. That app will hunt down every damn file associated with Firefox. Delete them, then reinstall Firefox.

The files you need to get rid of our:

• C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

What I'd do is uninstall, then copy and paste the above one at a time in your search. Delete. Should solve problem.

Well yeah, you knew that was going to happen if you deleted firefox files, right? Pain in the ass to have to put back your bookmarks and such, but obviously firefox wasn't working right and now it does.

Dang if I know, haven't run into that problem on my iPad. Maybe some one else here has and can help.
