Pro bowl is a joke now and irrelevant for judging talent level.

Only one player on the front seven will be worthy of an all pro team selection and that's Wagner. The rest of the front seven will be lucky to acquire a single all pro vote.

I wasn't shocked with you going with the home pick to place Seattle first when the Texans have the best front seven.

You are the only person so far who questioned it. It wasn't really a controversial claim.

Still haven't provided your list.

Wade Phillips should get that Rams front 7 playing at a high level.

There are definitely question marks about that front-7. Then again I could say the same about most. Bennett at some point will start his path of decline. Avril is above average but another starting to age a bit. Richardson has been so up and down and a locker room cancer that I'm not sure how well he can be trusted. Reed showed some promise as a young player on the inside but not all-star quality yet for sure.

In the linebacking group Wagner is the only one that definitely is that scary. If there is a place to beat the Seahawks on defense I would say it is the linebacking core. Wright is an average to above average linebacker but nothing that moves the meter too much. And Terence Garvin has bounced around the league leaving most to say "who?"

Just curious. Does anyone have any idea how freakin' good the Ravens' defense will be this year?

It's interesting to see how little other fans think of KJ Wright. The general sentiment in the PNW is he's a vastly underrated player who was long overdue for a pro bowl.

Panthers are first-rate at LB and DT, and have depth. They're old at DE, we'll see what happens with Julius, CJ, and Addison this year.

The only way the Eagles are top 5 is if Derek Barnett explodes on the scene. You need more than one star in your front 7 to be ranked 2nd. Brandon Graham is a very good player and so is LB Jordan Hicks but neither are superstars. 2 sound too high to me.
