How do we win the tiebreaker with Ohio State if it comes to that?

Yeah. I forgot about Ohio St. I think they'll get the tie-breaker with overall wins.

I looked into the rules.....they're kinda weird.

Beings as Nebraska and Ohio State tied 1-1 in the overall series during the season, the next step the Conference uses is to start at the top of the league and see how each team did against the competition.....moving down the line until 1 team gains an advantage.

Both teams lost to Michigan, but Ohio State did beat Wisconsin.......so if Ohio State wins tomorrow and Nebraska loses, resulting in a tie for 4th place, Ohio State would win the tie-breaker beings as Nebraska will have lost to Wisconsin (the next team in line at #2) and Ohio State beat them.

If Ohio State loses tomorrow then it doesn't matter obviously what Nebraska does.

Nebraska's chances at finishing 4th simply increased....

Either we need Ohio State to lose or we need to win........either one will get us the first round bye.

I will be upset if we lose though.

I'm ok with this loss. sucks, but...nobody got hurt and the team's flow seemed markedly improved since the Iowa game. State needs it's reconstituted "together-time", in practice and games. Couple more injury-free games next week and they'll be ready for the mad.

btw...did anybody else note that this is the first game in ages that Dawson actually attacked the fuckn basket? s'bout time, Branden!
