Gotta give him credit. He clearly didn't have his best stuff today and got knocked around in the first inning, but battled through and kept us in the game.
The fact that we consider this a bad start for Folty is a good thing. It wasn't that long ago when this was the best we could hope for with him.
And the fact that Ryan FLaherty was put into the game and Camargo was taken out along with Sam Freeman being put used in a one run game is clear enough evidence to me that Snit doesn't know his roster well enough to be managing it.
When he ignored Biddle's extreme reverse splits and brought him into face Curtis Granderson, that should have been a wakeup call for AA to really get on Snit's case. There's no need in keeping track of these numbers if Snit is just going to ignore them.
Now we have a defensive downgrade playing third base that has been about as productive as most pitchers since April.
