Sorry to hear about your dad. As someone who lost their mother at an young age, the first holidays are toughest. It gets easier as the go. Be thankful for your family that is there and remember the good times!!!

To the rest of the board, have a safe and happy thanksgiving. I have to leave shortly to go load gas for the grill, as I have been grilling my turkey for about the past 5 years. Got it down to a science.

And because we eat so much and nobody saves room for dessert, we've started a new tradition. Friday is no longer Black Friday, its Black Pieday.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. If you're traveling, be safe. If you're shoveling snow, be safe. If you're frying a turkey, be safe. If you're just sitting on the couch, watching football, eating turkey, and drinking while waiting for the ND game start, be especially safe. (because that's what I'm going to be doing).
