Um .... I think Bailey is a reliable 3 man in a rotation and has been for a couple of years.
I think he's a pitcher who needs to get a little early run support though. He has some putaway stuff finally.

Homer was the best pitcher in baseball the 2nd half of last season...

I think there's a good chance of a repeat of that this season.

Despite the fact that he can be flat dominant at times, the win moved him to just 5-6 with a 3.57 ERA and 1.06 WHIP on the year.

That was true tonight as well. Really, not much offense against Lincy.
Clearly, Reds are going to have to go a different direction if they plan to win.

The impact of Cueto's loss depends on Cingrani. If he continues to pitch well, the Reds still have 5 starters capable of shutting down any lineup any night.

Losing Marshall and Ludwick have been far more problematic IMO just because their replacements haven't filled in as well as Cingrani has.

Pirates fans in general are pompous ass wipes. 34 years of losing and if you had to spend 10 minutes around them, you would think they have won more championships than the Yankees. After 4 years in Morgantown and a few weekends since, I have seen several busted lips and a few teeth knocked out for running their chops. They know better than to hurl that bullshit in Motown. The pirates in all fairness have a great squad but they to will run into their rough patch.
