That I haven't been able to rewatch. I have it DVR'd.......and I always rewatch every game, whether it's a win or loss.........but I don't think I can do it this time.

I can honestly say I haven't been as heart broken as I was last night since probably 2001 when we lost to Colorado. I don't think I can handle watching it again. We should have beat that fucking team last night........we should have beat them. With even a tiny bit of Defense, we would beat that team last night.

The loss to Texas in 2009 was really difficult to take, but somehow I accepted it easier......because we had an Offense that couldn't move the ball on a Junior High squad.....so I felt lucky to even be leading that game with 1 second to go.

This game against UCLA we just shouldn't have lost. Makes me sick. All that work that Taylor put in during the off-season.......and the Defense is as sorry as a fucking poop flavored popsicle.

The 1983 Orange Bowl make me sick to my stomach, no other losses hurt as bad as that. All losses are hard to watch, but never as bad as losing to Miami that year. I tuned completely out during the Callawho years

I rewatched it last night. This reminds me so much of 2007. These fucktards on defense were celebrating after every stop...if Franklin went 5-8 yards Compton was getting up and throwing the bones. I don't think he was trying to motivate; I think he is just clueless.

:arg: on the (throwing the bones action) wow, I stopped them after a 5-7 yard gain; I need to throw the bones! I seen this too and thought the same.

Guys, we have no outside in penetration. Our "D" ends are totally  ?

I was glad to see E. Martin get in there and hit the QB when he got in.

When was the last time Nebraska had a DE that mattered or made noise? I'm sure Meredith makes a bunch of noise when he trailing the QB or HB trying to catch them when he whiffs when trying to make a tackle.

Pisses me off that Nebraska passed on DE parade all American nebraska born Drew Ott. I'm sure it's because he played 8 man...well he is now dressing for away games at Iowa with standing orders to get ready to go in (although he wants a redshirt) Word from Hawkeyes camp is that he's gained 15 lbs since July and goes by lineman like they are standing still. Says he only wants to cause pain and is practicing with 1's and 2's. But hey Nebraska got Sam Cotton....

But then again Bo doesn't use DE's in his schemes unless it calls for chasing HB and qb's when they break through the line....

I rewatched it. Then deleted it. It pissed me off so much. I counted at least 30 tackles.

Imma watch it again tonight (glutton for punishment). I'm in hopes I can get past these outdated expectations and grow accustomed to defensive clodball.

I can't bring myself to even scroll to it on the DVR to delete it. That would acknowledge that the game actually happened and that we lost. I can't even bear to look at the title "College Football: UCLA vs Nebraska"

and we still only lost by 6:lol:

That's why I'm watching it again. If it had been a blowout, I wouldn't.

The second half will be frustrating tho. Might not make it thru.

If UCLA ends up this season being like 9-3, 10-2, 11-1, 12-0 things aren't as bad as they seem.

If UCLA ends up this season being 5-7, 6-6, 7-5 or maybe even 8-4. Then the loss is as serious as everyone here is freaking out about.

Troof

The way their schedule is set up, if they go 6-6 or so, then NU does similar IMO.
