The SF/Atl game Sunday is sneaky huge for the playoff hopes of a lot of teams . Atl has 2 games left they should win ( doesnt mean they will of course) so a win at SF bumps their chances wayyy up. Same with the Niners as theyve got a far tougher schedule. Wash and Philly playing twice is very interesting too. NO has some tough games left and they dont hold the tiebreakers over anyone . And Minnesotas schedule is tough

Skins beat Philadelphia only once.

The other win comes from either Dallas or NYG.

Skins would then need the Eagles to lose one of their two reaming home games to either NYG or DAL.

I hate to say it but I have a gut feeling Dallas @ Philadelphia in the season finale might determine whether we get in or not.

If the Skins don't win out they don't deserve to go to the playoffs. Hell, if there's an off chance that I like the new rebranging and continue to root for them which is doubtful. I'd be hoping they lose out and get a decent draft slot. This 9-8 or 8-9 back-door into the playoffs only to get an immediate ass whippin is some bullshit.

Terry Mclaurin making something out of nothing was the last thing keeping me glued to the games. Perhaps, it is true....until Synder is gone, we are doomed to keep doing just enough....

well this year it didnt work out , we started out 2-6 and were underachieving hugely on defense

Yeah, I was hopeful myself that the end of last season would carry over to this season, but 2-6 and having one of the worst if not the worst defense in the league after 8 games took care of all that.

And that's probably the biggest thing. It's possible that Jamin Davis turns into a stud at some point in his career. Maybe as soon as next year, but he wasn't a difference maker this year whereas the players you mentioned were. And as far as next year's draft is concerned. It'd be better for the Skins to lose out this year. Not that I'm rooting for that to happen, but its just the reality of the situation.

Being a Penn State fan I wanted Parsons badly. He has been better than I expected. All that said I rooted for the playoffs last year. I hoped the 2nd half continue into this year. It didn't happen. Still I was hoping for the playoffs again this year going into tonight. I think those hopes ended tonight. I don't know that there is a game changer in the first 10 picks this year.

skins decided NOT to move up for an absolute sure thing, however I think Davis will be above average next year.
They gave him a LOT to absorb, he wasn't ready...but i think he jumps next season

Snyder's going nowhere. He just got outed for witness tampering and who came to his defense and said it was no biggie. Roger Goodell. If the NFL isn't taking away the team from him for witness tampering. there's not taking away the team from him period.

1. Saints finish 9-8
2. Vikings finish BELOW 9-8

49ers aren't losing to the Texans. Forget about them.

Skins would need a third team besides the Eagles to finish 9-8 to force a three way tie with the Saints.

Head to head at 9-8 with Saints we go home.
Three way tie with Saints and another team and Skins get in with their conference record.

So if you think we are gonna win out, we need the Vikings to win 2 of 3 if the Saints only lose 1 more.

If we win out, Saints lose 2 of 3, would only need Vikings to lose 1.

Head to head with Minnesota we win tie-breaker.
