Terrance West 'leaner and more explosive'

The Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec said Terrance West is "leaner and more explosive" than in the past.


While the "best shape of his life" narrative is always eye-roll inducing, there are plenty of backs who have taken the next step simply by getting in shape. Reportedly down 15 pounds, West could be the next in that long line, but he faces a tough climb to relevance in a loaded backfield. On the bright side, West has worked ahead of Lorenzo Taliaferro all spring.

Two thoughts.

Thought #1: Ricky Gervais does a Verizon commercial where he's critical of other cellular carriers's ads. In one commercial, a carrier advertises that they're 4 times better than they were. But they were dead last. So the improvement was not that big of an improvement.

Thought #2: Is this a test to see who races to the free agent pool to nab Terrance West? He's just sitting there. All lean and explosive.

This is so true - I believe Andre has become a BSOHL regular.

Hell, he might end up being a Hall of Famer.
