JMO, but with these 2 ERAs of play, we should either skip drafting BP or only draft 2 or 3... there is really NO BP arms from the PRE 1930 pool, which means we will all be drafting bullpens from Post 2000...

No reason not to draft a full pen. There have been enough relievers the last 17 years to fill out 9-10 bullpens
