if the Pacers don't land Rondo they have no chance of getting by the Miami Heat.

George Hill as your starting point guard is not good enough.

If you don't get a new avatar, you have no chance of becoming a...oh shit, who am I kidding, as soon as you started talking on this web site your chance of becoming a good poster was screwed.

Rondo to the Pacers would be LeEasyWayOut and the Heat's worst nightmare... if that trade goes down the NBA may as well cancel the rest of the season and hand the Championship to Indiana.

WoW... !!

A Rondo trade probably will require three teams. Teams like Utah, Orlando, Atlanta and Phoenix have the assets Danny would want, but they don't necessarily need Rondo right now. A third team will need to get involved, like Houston or Minnesota, etc

Huh? Make some sense fool lol. And what you are about to say I'll respond right now...No, that isn't what I said, so read it again. :)

"I finally change my screen name if this happens."

You don't have to, that says it all.

There is no acceptable trade for rondo.

Indiana already traded their first rounder in this year's draft to PHX.

This trade would make zero sense for Boston. George Hill isn't a "young" player you build your team around and neither is Granger. At best they'd get one of the lowest picks in the first round of the 2015 draft... I just don't see it. So many other teams could offer up better deals.

The first round pick would be in 2016 or later. You can't trade back-to-back future first round picks in
the NBA. The Stepien Rule that prohibits trading back to back future first round picks.

That makes this trade make even less sense.

Now if you wan to trade Granger for Okefor, I am sure the Suns would listen.

I tend to agree with you. Celtics have plenty of cash ahead and Pgs of his caliber are rare. Boston may have to overpay some on this one.

Right now so many teams traded off future picks they have nothing to offer teams like Boston

I would rather keep Rajon Rondo. The pick won't be high enough to land any real keepers. Word.

Lol at the thumbs down. There is no set of circumstances where rondo moves. He is a Celtic for life.

Seems silly making laughable trade suggestions then getting mad when you get told how laughable they are.

I like the pacers. I want to see them beat Miami. But it won't be with Rajon at the helm.

The idea in that article that it doesn't make the pacers significantly better is nuts too, though. It absolutely does. The problem is that the compensation is a total joke.
