I hope it did and that is the explanation, but wouldn't you have assumed less velocity if it was bothering him? He was throwing the ball with a lot of zip today and he was launching throws from midfield before the game to loosen up. He was just off and played poorly. Everything was high. I guess that could be the shoulder but it didn't seem to be. Not taking credit away from Eagles DBs they played great outside of a couple of plays where they were beat badly and he should have made them pay and had guys pretty well covered on most plays.

Big difference today was tackling. Eagles did a much better job in the open field, not just tackling, but not letting guys get by them with poor angles.
