It is stated in the rules that everybody needs 2 from each decade. These trades are against the rules.

No chance I would have 3 players from 1970 and before. I hate old players.

You dont have to have 3 players from the 70's why should we not be able to trade these?

I have 2 from the 70s and 1 60s specifically because I wanted to get good players from these eras. The mediocre ones suck.

I know but I thought this was different bc it says YOU NEED two players from each decade. It never says you can trade to have less or more. I didnt think anything of it

"You will choose 2 players from each decade"

Doesn't get more black and white than that.

But the difference is it is usually stated in the OP we can in this draft it is not. It's not really fair to those who havent been drafting with us for a while.

People that took a weak decade first is part of their strategy. I think next time we do Decades for any sport we need to clarify you can trade for other decades bc I didn't know.

To be fair, my draft strategy would have altered slightly had I known I could trade decades. I probably would have traded Jordan along with a few decades for other decades I feel are stronger and picks.
