People were giving me shit the last few days for saying we’ll see how Odor does against real competition.

Most major league hitters could beat up on the dregs the White Sox, padres, Twins, and royals were tossing at us.

He's facing the same pitchers which everyone else in the league faces, day-n-out.....It's the way it is.....Facing the Astros makes ALL TEAMS and PLAYERS look a tad worse for the wear......Earlier in the year he couldn't hit anyone, regardless of quality, so tap the brakes just a tad sir.

I couldn't disagree with ya more......These type of 'streaks' come and go, but Choo has demonstarted over the past year plus he's a quality ML hitter, regardless of league or pitcher.....Honestly, his overall 'body of work' for his career shows he's a tough out PERIOD.

Ain't disagreeing, just aknowledging is all........Hell, has anyone been tougher on Odor than me for the past year plus? Can't imagine who that might be.....ha.......But he's done one terrific job of turning it all around. We'll see how it all works out......Seasons tend to be longer for some, but I've gotta give the guy credit for showing more 'will power' than I thought he had quite honestly.

That is what I like from Odor right now. He is not swinging from his heels with 2 strikes. He is just trying to make contact. The only way they could have turned that into a fielder's choice instead of a hit is by us having a runner on 1st. Otherwise he beats anything to 1st.
