Tell Me About Baylor

I've watched Baylor a few times this year. I doubt they'll play the way they did against Creighton. Is their a Big Ten team that they're comparable to?

But think Cuse Zone. They have the ability to really extend due to their athletic ability.

Yup that was me. Already admitted that I was wrong about Baylor. When I said that they were playing horribly, and I watched them lose to really bad teams. Had me convinced they couldn't play as a team even with all that talent

As long and athletic as anyone in the country. They are the tallest team in the tourney I'm pretty sure. They'll make you commit fouls when they go inside (or at least that's how they've been calling it recently) and then on the opposite side they don't get called for defending the same way.

You prob need to rely on the outside shot. Gotta hit your jumpers and stay out of foul trouble.

Nebraska couldn't beat their zone because Nebraska couldn't buy a bucket from the outside.

Wisconsin shoots 3's better than any team in the country.

Game probably won't be close.

Hit the wide open 3's in the first half and everything would have been different.

Plain and simple. You wanna shut a zone up? Score from the outside.....that'll end it real quick.

The comparison would be Michigan.

Although, Baylor is not as long at the guard positions like Michigan, but they give you the feel of making it tough to pass the ball around the court.

They are explosive like Michigan, in which they can rip off 10 or more against you at any time.

Wisconsin on the other hand is one of the best spacing teams in the country. On both ends of the court.

You'll slow them down, and likely even frustrate them. Key will be how Wisky defends in the post, and I think you'll do fine.

I like Wisky in the matchup, as they are more able to spread the ball around, and very able to take the runs and hits from Baylor and come back with better execution and shooting.
