Comeau? You mean the guy the Isles hoped somebody would claim off waivers so they didn't have to pay him 2.5M per year anymore. By the way thank you Calgary. If the Penguins are depending on Blake Comeau to be a big reason why they beat the Rangers I wish them the best of luck. The bottom line is the Penguins lack depth on the wings. The Perron trade looks worse by the game.

I've watched most of this series and Comeau has been one of the bright spots for the Pens. He's generated opportunities and controlled the puck. He's been pretty damn impressive in his limited minutes.

My eyeball test says he's played well. I've seen good effort and solid play from him. He might have been the best player on the Pens in game 2 and Katie Strang noted this as well.

On the stat sheet he is one of only 5 guys on the Pens with a goal and is a 0 +/-.

I think he's played well, especially for a 3rd/4th line type guy.
