Clemens, Bonds and Sosa because they had outstanding numbers and had to play against others that were on PED's.

"Pudge" Rodriguez - easy choice and former Tiger

Magglio Ordonez - former Tiger

I would have considered others, but I will not vote for them until the longest serving 2nd base/shortstop duel get in ... Trammell and Whitaker

I was joking about San Jose, but seriously, my apologies to the asshole living in Newark, NJ (I don't even feel bad about calling you an asshole because you've probably already been shot by the time I wrote this)

I'm assuming that's for me. I don't actually live in Newark (about an hour). I'm assuming the map just shows what metros people live in, not where they actually live.

Not that I think Javier Vazquez warrants HOF consideration, but I find it somewhat baffling he didn't make the cut while the likes of Jason Varitek, Carlos Guillen, Casey Blake and Freddy Sanchez did. Vazquez had 43.3 career WAR (142nd all-time among pitchers), 165 wins and a 105 ERA+ (same as Jack Morris) under his belt. Definitely one of the more underrated players in recent memory IMO. Ten consecutive seasons with 198+ innings pitched (2000-09) and he never pitched fewer than 150 in a season. He went out on a pretty high note in 2011, posting a 1.85 ERA over his final 18 starts (121.2 innings) after posting a 6.85 ERA in his first 14 starts. He also had four seasons where he finished in the top 10 in WAR (3rd in 2001 and 4th in 2007).

Love me some Varitek, but he shouldn't be on the ballot. He had some really good offensive years (03-05), but he was pretty average outside of that.

For fucks sake, Woody Williams and Aaron Sele were on the HOF ballot a few years ago.

Who even cares?! @Omar 382 is a fucker who lives in Delaware! Delaware! Their state fish is a weakfish, I think that says quite enough, but if it doesn't, their state beverage is milk. Probably still warm from his mama's teat!

Was there a way to see how many ballots were cast? The results just showed the number of votes each player got.

I'm changing the state beverage to lean.

But the rest of this is spot-on.

Why so many people disrespecting my boy Hoffman? He's one of the most obvious choices on there.

He's a closer in the era of one-inning closers, so that's a handicap in the eyes of many.

I looked into my magic 8-ball, and saw smitty sitting in his home in Flint, rage-masturbating to this song

You were also on my write-in, in between Schott and Jim Eisenreich. That's right about where I value your contributions to baseball
