Holy fuck, you guys are still having the same argument of Haskins? At this point, who gives a solid fuck, what was said in the offseason?
Dude just leave, you aren't even a football fan. It's creepy.
Apparently ATF cares a lot since he bumped this up.Holy fuck, you guys are still having the same argument of Haskins? At this point, who gives a solid fuck, what was said in the offseason?
57 attempts against essentially air...Dude this was last years stats. Saying a guy is the number one qb in a P5 when he has 57 attempts is beyond rediculous.
And also the 2 score comeback against one of the top defenses in the nation last year on the road.57 attempts against essentially air...

And PSU has played juggernauts?Haskins has looked good against air...

I am sure you will. No, but there were atleast 5 drops against Pitt.
But I'll take years of winning experience over what is currently a flash in the pan.
Ask who is better at the end of the season and I may give you a different response.
I am sure you will.
@Across The Field In defense of handicappers he did play a lot of football. Unfortunately is was at the Hubert Humphrey Boys School and he never wore a helmetI’ve forgotten more about football than you currently know. You’re a douchebag that thinks his opinions are facts.

We'll see what happens when he has time to prepare for them and isn't just thrust into the game like he was last year.you forget 7-M. Just means that he might have been able to play for South Carolina.
And I'll say this - if he was around the numbers McSorely is currently, I wouldn't be saying a thing. However, he is killing it, and that's playing like 5 out of 8 quarters.I'll be happy to compare full bodies of work. Ripping up on inferior competition is only so impressive...

He also included Clayton Thorson, with his 15 TD/12 INT stat line as being better. Ridiculous.
He hasn't played two tough defenses, but he's been amazing. It's also not like we're facing UConn or UTEP or something. I think he continues his tough play this weekend against TCU.
TCU barely fills up their 40,000 seat stadium.I'm interested in seeing how the crowd winds up looking. I know OSU travels really well but this is a home game for TCU, to be fair.
I didn't watch him play at all last year, but I did watch the Purdue game this year and the second half of Duke, if that's indicative, he is not as good as Hornibrook. He also doesn't have Johnathan Taylor or the Badger's O-line, maybe if he had those he might be better. Now that I say that out loud...it just reinforces how bad Hornibrook is.
