As a coach the only feedback I would have had is for the D man closest to Arvidsson, don't play around on your blue line. He tried to get too cute with it, lost track of it in his feet and wound up taking out the forward who had the path to engage the attacking forward. It's a play that happens dozens of times a game some times, just really bit them this time. But in a series this close, mistakes like that one, tiny ones, are the difference.


I was just happy that it turned out like it did. The first Sharks goal very likely should not have counted (unless Tierney is 3 foot 6), and I could argue either way on their second. I was hoping that a missed call wasn't going to be the difference since I think this series has been well officiated overall.

Well, then they missed the shoudabeen double minor on Little Joe. After Rinne tried to draw a call and took himself out on a lay up. Hockey God intervention? Dunno.

I have enjoyed this series. But seeing the Joey Jo Jo celebration after the winner last night is a bit like watching your ex girlfriend out on the yacht with her new boyfriend.
