Just watched both replays of the blocks. He landed on his feet in both, and NOT on players. The rule is to keep guys from jumping on the backs of lineman, defensive or offensive to get higher in the air.
Watching the video he did get running starts. It says it's legal if he's lined up within a yard of LOS. I don't remember him getting a running start so it was probably within the rule framework. Also, I think he landed on his feet, not on players like the rule states. Or maybe he's just so cool he gets his own set of rules.
Kam only did it in that playoff game, and once more in a regular season game if I recall correctly.

Watching the replays 72 of Seattle holds down the Carolina G Kam jumps over. Something I'd expect Belechick to come up with.
He didnt land on a player.
Its still a 5 yard penalty and AUTOMATIC first down.Good thing holding isnt an unsportsmanlike conduct flag.
And I NEVER said he did. I'm saying he got 4 yard running starts the rule says the player must be lined up at the LOS, and a Seattle player held down the guard so he couldn't raise us like he taught. A flag wasn't thrown on Kam but one should have been thrown on 72 of Seattle. Seattle cheated and got away with it.

Yes I will admit you can call holding on a vast majority of plays, but that holding was specifically designed to help Kam jump over the guard. Don't be butt hurt because I'm questioning the legitimacy of the play, except it as an badge of honor your team pulled it off, I wish my team did. This would be a fun game to do with every play ever run.
Oh it's crying time again. Damn that would be a good title of a song. Quit crying, you sound like a bitch!!And I NEVER said he did. Young punk, don't tell anyone to STFU, unless you can back up your words. If you were to dissect every play of a 60 minute NFL football game you would see quite a few illegal plays, that were not call by the officials. Why are you so strung up on one play of a football game? Apparently Kam's play was llegal, as the officials didn't flag the play. Are you saying that you are smarter than the officals?Oh STFU, I'm just pointing out Kam and the Seahwaks got away with an illegal play.
So why are the unsportsmanlike foul penalties up by 35 this past season compared to the previous 10 years?
The players are to blame for this rule change. It forced Goodell's hands.

They already have input through the NFLPA.
The league will be able to communicate to officials through their headsets.Right ... I knew that ... What is considered unsportsmanlike though ? I want a rundown on everything that can be called unsportsmanlike...

Whatever they whisper in the ear of the official is what will be considered "unsportsmanlike"
PFT Live: NFL refs, league office will communicate during replay reviews
I believe it was supposed to be Blandino?Wow ... That seems a little controlling doesn't it ? Goodell will probably be the guy whispering through the head sets..... OFF WITH HIS HEAD, but fine him first!
