Saying Chip Kelly needs to re-think the hurry up is like saying that Buddy Ryan needs to rethink the 46 defense. It's...what he does. He may never win with it, we shall see, but I don't see him rethinking his entire offensive philosophy. He'll get better players to run it, and see if it works. If Russell Wilson was his QB, well, that would actually be kind of deadly.

I think the game plan was a little conservative for the Eagles but for good reason... You don't want to challenge Seattle's DB's too much... Eagles are a top running team so they needed to pound that... Seattle's D just stuffed there run ...

Well, on quite a few there were WR's quite wide open...

Seattle did a very good job of stuffing the run. Very interested in seeing how that came about. Seattle making very good plays, or O-linemen f-ing up (and Seattle making good use of the opportunities it offered). Eagles running game has been off and on all season, and as often or not when they were dismal, it was the O-line f-ing up rather than the defense making plays...

Seattle's defense IS fast, probably faster than I thought they would be.

I would imagine he meant more tweak it than abandon it. There has to be times where it isn't the ideal thing to do. It's a great base offense and works in most situations he has used it in, but the NFL is an ever evolving league and he will have to find ways of winning games against defenses that are actually hurting his team over that game pace.
