Come over here Dobbs and you too Ian Williams. Look at this lazy asshole. You see this is the effort that we don't want to see from you guys. If you give us the polar opposite of that waste of space you'll have a good shot at making this team.

Actually, Balmer's work ethic was never in question. He works hard and tries hard. It's his talent that is the problem. All his efforts never translated to production

Didn't he go AWOL last year as well? Does he have all his marbles?

Does this make Michael Robinson the last McClueless' 49ers drafted player, that he talked Seattle into adding after the 49ers cut them?

That's not really true. Balmer was apparently pinned by guys within the organization as a fake hustle guy who would dog it during drills and then run as fast as he could to the back of the line.

The worst part about drafting Balmer was that Desean Jackson was right there for the taking. Niners needed a WR real bad...

Maybe he can find a job in the CFL or burger king.

I think both of those franchises require applicants to know what a football is before they hire you. Anybody associated with the Balmer pick should have committed hari kiri two years ago.

I don't see him getting picked up by anyone in this league, but if he loves the game maybe he should try the UFL or CFL.

I don't know if his problem was work ethic or mental, but maybe time could help him figure it out. Or hopefully he choose a good back up plan in college.

I remember thinking Who? and Why? and Well I guess they know more than me....

guess they didn't

Then again I was saying the same thing when we drafted Aldon Smith and he looks like a stud so far.
