yes he had a bad year but u are not understanding, he won't be the GM with the 49ers. He still has a winning record in the NFL. He is a good coach just not a good GM. As a fan I hope he helps. Its a major up grade for the 49ers. Maybe dallas should of got a new coach because he hasn't done much. Im actually surprise he is still your coach. I think this is his last shot in dallas.

LaCanfora had a write up over how he even pissed off the office workers of that team. He was labeled a racist and alienated pretty much everyone around him.

Honestly, none of that matters if he wins. You can be the biggest douche in the world as long as you win. That shit only became a talking point when his team was failing.
