Good signing so long as it doesn't impact the draft. Still bizarre they didn't make more of an effort to retain their O-line given their QB is either RG3, McCown, or a Rookie.

Gotta disagree I would think the odds say you hit on at least 1 of those guys

Maybe youre right

Manziel may actually be the best of the bunch and he couldnt stay away from the bottle and Ike Turner training tapes

Josh Gordon looked like he was Randy Moss reincarnated, but he's a mess

You may be on to something

I agree, Im not endorsing those 2...But ive been fascinated for 2 years now with all the "Hue Jackson hot coaching candidate" buzz......Ive just been wondering how that happens, when we all sit here every January laughing at how bad the Bengals offense is

I think a lot of people felt he had OAK going in the right direction and got cut off at the knees.

Mack...they did, it was his call. Schwartz...maybe they didn't think anyone would be interested...imo not a premium loss.

Trading down would make sense for the Browns, right?

Frodo is a waterboy for the Browns and The Ring drives the players mad...

Saw another tweet speculating that the Browns will probably still take a QB with their first pick.

Just saw this.

What an incredible trainwreck this is going to be. :L

Is it though???

I mean let's face it he went to shit in DC cause a certain head coach didn't protect him, I mean the offense was designed for the kid to get his ass kicked on every play, lets say for a minute the Browns build a good OL, plus a running game, there wouldn't be the pressure to throw the ball all the time....

I don't, I'm in a wait and see pattern on this, I mean he did sit all year last year, maybe just maybe he learned something...

From a stability standpoint? Look what just happened to Manziel. What stability?

I think he meant "the Media will have some stability in their reporting from Cleveland that everything is still FUBAR"

Even behind a Good Oline, im still not convinced RG3 can be an effective pocket passer, and with the condition of his legs, thats exactly what he will need to be at this point

Their FO is made up of a bunch of numbers guys who must have run the numbers and decided that the players weren't worth what they were asking for.

The problem about that is that NO PLAYER is worth what you pay him until after you sign him and he proves to be better than expected. That's NFL FA in a nutshell. There are maybe 5 or 6 contracts out of the 100's that get signed each year that you can point to as being good value for the talent it brings compared to the price you are paying.....and NONE of them are signing those types of contracts to go join the Browns.
