unfortunately the link at the top of the page takes me to a search engine and the link you provided gives me an Error and asks me to log into my account and when I do that it says I don't have permission to view this page or perform this action.

Not sure what the problem is for you. I know sometimes when new it takes a bit to get all your privileges. It should hopefully be happening soon. Just keep trying it out and hopefully will get working for you.
