Report: LSU-BYU game could be moved due to Hurricane Harvey

I'm really excited for our series

to top it off with a game in Boise should be a lot of fun, definitely glad you guys were willing to do this.

You guys called at the proper time. Fisher was starting to settle into playing a 1-AA and a couple from
the Sun Belt, when some boosters began to moan about it. That's why we have opted for these
neutral site games at the start of the season, against good competition. The Prez and AD kinda whispered
that we were gonna play a more challenging slate, OOC.

I was going to point this out, how stupid was this to keep the game in the path of the storm?

Couldn't put it in Nashville or Jacksonville where it's away from this thing?

There's a good chance this game doesn't happen now

I've mentioned it a couple of times by things I've heard the weatherman say.

It's gonna be close whether they can play this or not.

There is a way they could make the game up, but it would have to be on a contingency
basis.

They could meet the final weekend...IF LSU DOESN'T MAKE THE SEC TITLE GAME. BYU
doesn't play that weekend. BUT, BYU has 13 scheduled this year so they may not want
to do that. (Oregon St-Nichols St made up a game like that a couple of years ago).

Definitely tough to tell, I don't know why they decided to put it to chance like that

I'm hearing that the storm should be affecting us in Ohio by Friday so my assumption is it will be far enough up north to not mess things up now

lol, we play GT in a "neutral site" game...in Atlanta.

well Gt is actually in atlanta and real close to the venues.... its 2.5 hours from Tally to jax.
