After watching both semifinal playoff games, and the championship game, is it realistic to expect that Iowa will ever be in the top 4 of the playoff?
- Speed
- Power
- Coaching (schemes, first half adjustments, & second half adjustments)
- Athleticism
- Offenses that score 35+ per game
- Defenses that shut down their opponent
So what is Iowa Football playing for from this point forward? My answer to that is 8 regular season wins + a bowl game. Any wins above that is gravy for the program. Winning a division title is gravy. It also looks like the B1G East will be the strongest division for awhile...so winning a B1G championship will be a hurdle.
8-4 and (maybe) the Citrus Bowl invite annually?????
