Sweet offense! What round did you grab Pujols? Little lacking in closers, but you got a lot of starting depth.

Yeah.... I am pretty weak in closers... But my offense should pick up the slack... Should I try to get another closer?

I picked up Pujols in the 5th round

I am thinking of maybe trying to get Edward Mujica or Tyler Clippard off waivers. But I don't really know who I would drop

Ehh, closers will change throughout the season. Just be up on who's about to be demoted and promoted and you're golden.

The only thing I might see being a problem is your lack of a clear cut ace. You've got potentials, but not really a proven stud. On the other hand, like Broncosmitty said, smokin' offense.

I have 3 problems with your team:

1. your rotation is a huge question mark... your filled with potential and possible one year wonders... But no sure things... Gallardo is the closest to a sure thing, but he had an off year last... And i am a little worried about masterson- i feel like he will be drafted as an ace due to his amazing season last year, but the question is if he is a one year wonder or not, i can see things going bad for him this season...

2. Your bullpen/closers are subpar and lacking... you dont want to fall out of a category too soon and then punt a category... it is very hard to win a league with a last place mark... Especially early on i would be starting 3 closers... especially with your subpar closers... For players to drop, ichiro, chris johnson, could all be dropped...

3. i dont love your bench... i dont feel like you have much potential there... Hill and de aza are fine, but neither of them have potential to be a good full time starter... It is near impossible to have a healthy team throughout the season, and i just dont trust starting any of your bench for an extended amount of time...

Right now i see your team in either 4th or 5th place in a 12 league team...

I like Albert in the fifth a lot. If you were to go shopping for another closer, (Is that Fahrequar kid the Ms closer?) Id say its Ichiro that's on the hot seat. Lots of outfielders out there. But I do love me some Ichiro. (When I need closers I just trade with 'hevo.)

Don't know for sure about Farquhar yet, but he throws smoke. If they sign Rodney (as rumored), or Wilhelmsen takes over again, he could be a bum pick. I picked him up late last season, and he did quite well for me.

Today was the first Id heard/read Rodney could end up in Seattle. Interesting bullpen situation if it works out that way. Might be an interesting bp situation either way. Just looked at Farquhars stats, he's definitely a good options for Ks. Those late season closer adds sure are nice aren't they Chef?

They sure are. He and Melancon helped get me to the championship. Unfortunately, Grilli picked the worst possible time to come back. Stupid Grilli!

I might start Hill over Kipnis. Both are pretty close though. Hill has more pop

Stupid Grilli is right!!!! I sat there freezing one night a few years back while he did his best to keep my Tigers out of the WS. Happy for him that he found his groove though. Seems like a good guy. Melancon tried to sabotage me in fantasy two years ago right off the bat. Not sure I ever saw bigger negative numbers out of a staff. (Also had Beckett). Im still bitter. (A little bitter with ESPN for their fantasy maintenance. What gives?)

Both good options. But I think the best of Kipnis is on its way. His power is pretty sneaky for a base stealer. But he strikes out more than Id like. Not sure if that affects scoring in this league.

Quite a transition from the Bosox Melancon to the Pirates Melancon, I think. I've never done fantasy baseball on ESPN. Football seemed pretty good.
