Is this CBS points?

Nathan for Wacha is an excellent trade in a points league. Is Wacha RP eligible? If so, you will want to bench Soriano. He is declining fast and will be on waiver wires in shallow leagues my the end of May.

My beef with your team is that you don't have quality SP depth behind Cole and Verlander. Minor and Wacha will go a long way toward addressing that however.

I think you have a solid hitter core and are a couple pitching pick-ups away from being a top contender.

CBS league and unfortunately Wacha is only SP eligible. I'm not too please with my SP but if what I've been seeing in ST carries over to the regular season, Pineda can be my sleeper

I don't think your SPs are bad, just not great. Buchholz and Pineda could change that if they hit.

Seriously though, careful with Soriano. He still has a lot of name value. If you can find a trade partner interested in him now, I would try to move him and take my chances with a waiver wire RP. I think you can return a pretty good asset right now, and I his value could tank dramatically. His velocity is down again and he is throwing serious grapefruits in spring training. I would not give him away cheap because he is the closer for a potential 100 game winner, but acting soon might be wise.
