It's really not difficult dude. Florida and Alabama seem to be schools that just say fuck it. Only neutral games against any quality OCC . Never go play at another OCC teams house. For Bama its been only four times in like eleven years now. Just play the Towsends, and Chattanoogas , UAB and North Texas at home.
In 2017 five SEC teams wont go play an OCC game at another schools place. In the PAC, just one (Colorado). And the SEC has one extra chance to play one so really no excuse.
So thats the whole SEC and the Whole PAC. Did I cherry pick? lol

I did use the entire schedule. I looked at every SEC teams schedule and every PAC 12 teams schedule . Only one PAC team doesn't play a road OCC game this season.While five SEC teams don't play a road OCC game(at the other teams house) even though SEC teams have one extra spot to fill. So how is that cherry picking? LOL
Florida only plays one every other year ( rival game against Florida State) while Alabama plays one every four years or so.

Let's look at the past 25 seasons of OOC games for USC and UF.

First, for you, here are OOC (away and neutral site non bowl games) from 1992-2016 (25 seasons). I'm using away and neutral site because it gives 6 more games to USC including T10 and ranked opponents and ZERO to UF, OK?

USC : 39 games, with 10 vs AP T10, 16 vs AP T25, 32 vs majors, 0 vs FCS, 25 with D1A winning records and 22 Majors with winning records.

Florida: 15 games, with 9 vs AP T10, 13 vs AP T25, 15 vs majors, 0 vs FCS, 14 with D1A winning records and 14 Majors with winning records.

Next, for me, here are the IN-conference (away and neutral site non bowl games) from 1992-2016 (25 seasons).
USC : 107 games, with 13 vs AP T10, 33 vs AP T25, 107 vs majors, 57 with D1A winning records and 57 Majors with winning records.

Florida: 124 games, with 32 vs AP T10, 59 vs AP T25, 124 vs majors, 77 with D1A winning records and 77 Majors with winning records.

Finally, combining these we get the total games away and neutral site games for both teams.
USC : 146 games, with 23 vs AP T10, 49 vs AP T25, 139 vs majors, 0 vs FCS, 82 with D1A winning records and 79 Majors with winning records.

Florida: 139 games, with 41 vs AP T10, 72 vs AP T25, 139 vs majors, 0 vs FCS, 91 with D1A winning records and 91 Majors with winning records.

Notice that both USC and UF have played 139 Major opponents away and at neutral sites over the past 25 seasons, but in those 139 games UF has played 9 more teams that had winning records, 23 more teams that were yr AP ranked and 18 more teams that were yr AP Top 10 ranked.
