IDK bro, Auburn doesn't look like a push over. And isn't UGA struggling due to injuries still?

Do you really think we are going to lose to the Nerds?

Didn't you already lose to Vandy?

In all seriousness, I think GT has a chance against UGA this year. But not because we're going to rise up to the occasion. If we win this year it will be because UGA has sustained some rather serious injuries throughout the season.

I'm having a tough time picturing Baylor taking out Oklahoma State in Stillwater or us winning the conference. Nothing would surprise me though.

* I posted this in another thread, so copied*

1) OSU [8-1] - OSU gets head2head v. BU in Stillwater. BU not a good road team.
2) BU [8-1] - BU wins all but OSU
3) UT [7-2] - UT loses BU and OSU, beat TT
4) KSU [6-3] - KSU wins out. Improved team from early season
5) OU [5-4] - OU drops OSU and KSU. OU reloading but headed downward.
6) TT [4-5] - TT has head2head v WV. TT shot their load already
7) WV [4-5] - WV, though improving, down too deep already
8) TCU [2-7] - what happened? KSU and BU feast on them
9) KU [1-8] - drop WV and KSU, but get ISU
10) ISU [0-9] - OU, KU, WV all thankful for this late season present.

IDK bro, Auburn doesn't look like a push over. And isn't UGA struggling due to injuries still?
Well, this will take away my excuse should we lose, but we have gotten healthier of late.

RB - Gurley is back to about 90%, and the two freshman now have 4 games under their belts.

WR - I think we have 4 of the 7 injured WRs back at some level. Still not ideal, but our playbook will be expanded.

D - we have most of the players back, and the youguns have matured.

So, we are still injured, but we're about 80% back.

Why we win - matchups ... our D is 23rd in rushing D, and 86th in passing. Fortunately, Auburn's passing is terrible - 110th. So our D matches up with Auburn better than we would a team that has a strong passing attack. From our O side, Auburn's passing D is 86th ... not good at all. With some of our receivers back, I think we score plenty. Their rushing D isn't much better, 59th, so Gurley and the freshman will do enough to let Murray have a great game.

Why we lose - home field advantage to Auburn. This is interesting, because the game is supposed to be in Athens ... we have played in Auburn two years in a row. We've had schedule breaks in the past few years, so it is only fair it goes against us this year.
