p.s....it's been known for years that LSU band plays for LSU during the start of the fourth quarter. This is a tradition. Not something they decided to do to upset Gator fans.

You guys tried to hog all the time. If it was so important to honor a native son then do it at halftime or on your own time. Don't take up what was known as LSU's band's tradition of playing that at the start of 4th qtr.

So in short...get over it.

@VTgator I'm ok with firing Mac at this point. He never takes blame and leaving nuss to continue to do his thing isn't leadership either.

My friend, how many of us even know if Nuss is calling the plays or is doing what Mac tells him to do? One thing I have learned about fandom is that if the head coach is hated, the head coach micromanges his coordinators. If the head coach is beloved, the coordinators are on their own.

I have no doubt Spurrier micromanged his defensive coordinators, and no doubt that Meyer did the same.

Florida's main problem is that they are one of the few teams in the nation without a starting QB. They have 3 or 4 back-ups, but nobody that could start for a top program.

All of Florida's QB's are backups... until they transfer to another team, win big, and end up in the NFL.
