I don't think so. Klentak already made the bed when they extended Mack. Besides, they are preaching patience.
How many fans have that! Franco and Herrera must improve along with the pitching. Although I must admit
that changing the pitching coach wouldn't hurt.

The Phillies were 6-24 in May. The most games lost by an MLB team in any month is 27, shared by five teams including the 1939 .....Phillies! We have four more opportunities to break the record this year!

The Phillies organization could care less about wins or attendance. They are making tons with the TV agreement
and by having a low payroll. It is what it is!

Kentack is not tide to Mack. He was extended as it appeared that he was losing the clubhouse. The phillies only gave Mack next year with an option the following, hardly job security. I still wish Rubin would have gotten Joe Maddon.

Joe is the best manager in baseball. What an amazing job he did in Tampa. He knows how to get the best out of his players. Glad that he is finally getting paid the big bucks!

To go anywhere with Maddon we may have also needed executive magician Theo Epstein who rebuilt both the Red Sox and the Cubs, and took them to the 2003 and 1016 World Series, respectively, and is credited with hiring managers Terry Francona and Joe Maddon for those teams. Klentak's moves for the Phils have yet to be analyzed and it's too early to judge.

I agree. it is too early too panic. But what a pain in the ass it is to watch this rebuild. You say it at the bottom

I really did want a winner today or tomorrow but this looks more like a freakin 5-year plan. I'm giving them one more year to show me a winner or I'm moving to LA to root for the Dodgers.
