Well Brady won the 1st 6 games, but since then Peyton has the edge 6-5.
Also for a choke artist in big games, that is horrible in playoffs, has the edge on Brady in playoffs & 3-1 against Tom in the Championship games. Maybe Manning isn't thinking the pats games are big games in the playoffs?
or maybe

Peyton is a better player than Brady. Brady just has more accomplishments. That's all.

It's been a fun rivalry to watch. As much as I respected Magic, I rooted against him when he played Bird and the Celts

You are right about that last part. I've been on 3 NFL boards, CBS, ESPN, and the hoop since the rivalry started. Nothing but praise for Manning, when we're being serious. A lot of smack goes around, but that's OK. I've noticed that most fans that rag on Manning or Brady aren't even Broncos or Pats fan.
