I bought them all on the black market..... Sheesh, the lines at the local gun shops were so long & the traffic is bat shit crazy. I just went down to my old neighborhood & talked it up with the folk. Street guns are easy to buy when you want it to be.

I don't think people are buying out of fear that guns will be taken away. It's a fear that part of their culture may be changing and the only response they can make is to try and insure that it dosen't happen by stocking up with as many weapons as possible.

This may be the South's 3rd great culture shock that they've faced in American History.
1. The end of slavery
2. The end of segregation
3. The feared end of the gun culture

when I lived in jacksonville Fla,I had a friend who turned up 1 night and he had a full auto M16 he was selling just a little to cheap I passed less than a week later news came out him and a few friends had stolen them off a train and they were tracking down everyone that had bought one,that is one time I am glad I passed something up
