Surprised we haven't heard of anyone committing after the game. TE Geisecki looks like he will commit soon. This week we should hear some news. Why aren't the PSU staff recruiting Bookser hard?

Don't seem to feel he's an elite prospect. I'll take their evaluations over the star raters who are trying to sell subscriptions They have been ahead of the curve on many recruits that later got bigtime offers

Geisecki sounds good for us. Cabinda is a matter of time, this weekend will pay its biggest dividends next year and beyond. BIG TIME kids are raving about PSU from the 15-16 classes.

Nnadi apparently loved it and we get an official now after not really being in contention

I worry that next years class and beyond will fade on PSU after the next year and half go by before they can commit. PSU will struggle the remainder of this season and most likely next season with a young o-line. Getting kids will be hard with a losing record or under 8 win season. Yes this game was huge but only huge for kids that are seniors this year. The Juniors and younger class will see other games, talk to more recruiters and this game will slowly fade from how big it was. It will still stand out to them but not as much in 1-2 years.

We have 3 more games that should be gimmes as this team improves (Illinois, Purdue and Minny) win one of the other 3 and its a second 8-4 season with the scholarships back this team will improve to another level in a hurry. The class coming in will infuse a ton of speed and will now add some depth on the lines and at LB. BOB and his staff are as good as it gets on the recruiting trail, kids love them, parents love them, they play a pro style offense that will get you to the NFL and you have a SUPERSTAR caliber QB with 3 more years of eligibility. We landed the #1 player in the nation off a losing record in 2005, you are putting way too much weight on a 7-5/8-4 finish as far as recruiting goes. These kids see the tradition, know the brand and know they will get outstanding coaching here. Our class will be off the charts next year, book it....top 10 and possibly tip 5 with a ton of talent in our natural pipeline wheelhouse.

Forget Nicholson. Sounds like we told him thanks, but no thanks. Hearing a lot of negative stuff about his attitude locally and have said it before, kid is too soft/doesn't possess the attitude needed top play safety, which is where we need him. We already have better WRs on board.

Congrats on getting Gesicki. Dude is going to be a machine for a few years with Hack. Would have been a waste for him to go to the Bucks. Again nice pickup and its good to see the B1G getting top tier recruits.

Class of 2015 wide receiver Vinny Papale was on hand with his father, former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver during the Michigan game. Great movie about Papale and lets hope there is a good story with his son hopefully playing for Penn State.

Montae Nicholson confirmed PSU dropped him. Must've watched the same game I did where he was virtually invisible for such a high profile kid against a team he should've dominated.

Big news, De'Andre Thompkins becomes our 3rd early enrolee, effectively giving us the ability to take 23 this year. Will also be huge to have him in system for Spring as there are no plans to redshirt this electric athlete.

It was posted by reporters on 2 different sites. He's actually #55 overall player on
ESPN 300 and invited to under armour game and a 4-star composite ranking. Arguably the most exciting recruit in our class. Kid is an electric athlete with sick speed and quickness. Will be deadly in the slot. Very excited to see him in early working with Hack in Spring, especially if we lose ARob

Smith-Diffenbach-Mangiro/Laurent-Mahon-Nelson. Inexperienced on one side, but I think Mahon will be a good one and Nelson should be fine at RT unless one of the freshman come in and beat him out (Beh or if we can flip a guy like Q Nelson). Haven't heard anything on Hartman

Kenney will be below Anderson, Zanellato and most like DeShawn Hamilton and Godwin

Don't forget Wiljkerson at TE if he's healthy. BOB has some 4TE sets, so we'll use all of them in rotation
