Wow, I thought the rumor on the street was that he was gonna get fired.
Yeah. Me too. Shocking. I bet Andrew Luck got in there and fought for him.
They almost pulled the Cleveland act ....Irsay must've sobered up for a day or 2...

I googled Pagano and this was within the first few rows of results. I dunno why this is relevant or useful, but I felt necessary to post it.

My guess is that the owner floated enough information around the football world and understood he wasn't going to be able to entice the coach he wanted to come to the NFL.
IMO this was Pagano's job unless Saban wanted it. When Irsay heard Saban didn't want it, it was back to negotiating out a deal with Pagano.

As a Patriots fan , I agree!!!!!I hope that Pagano & Grigson can find a way to work together.
