What ESPN actually said when they slammed Petersen in that game was that they had a 36% on the west coast for these games. That was supposed to refute his claim that it limited east coast exposure. Seriously, that's what they were claiming.

I mean no shit it gets a higher viewership for the west coast vs when it was Mac games. I mean duh? :noidea:

Ya, until my wife mentioned it, just because it is the only thing on doesn't mean anyone is watching it. Millions of people bought the Mayweather-McGregor fight and couldn't name 1 of the other bouts.

Self loathing coug fans... :tsk:

Its not self loathing so much as we want be a quality opponent in the committees eye. If we win out to the AC our only quality win would be USC. Means Utah would have 5 losses and Stanford would have 4.

With those pay-per-view fights I always just find a 1080p live stream and connect it to my TV.

He terrifies me. I love our interior defensive linemen, but our outside presence isn't... imposing. Stanford could probably have some real success running the football outside the tackles against UW.

Who would've thunk our best win all year would be Boise State

I'm happy it was Houston. Hate the yankees
Yeah, well that too. Fuck the Yankees.

I guess I'm in that sort of a mood this fine Monday.

Pac 12 schedule this week: (Pacific Time)

Thursday 26th
#20 Stanford (-23)
at Beavs - 6pm ESPN

Saturday 28th
Cal at Colorado (-3) - 11am Pac12N
UCLA at #12 UW (-17) - 12:30 ABC/ESPN2 (not sure, see it listed on both?)
Utah (-3.5) at Oregon - 2:45pm Pac12N
#15 WSU (-3) at Arizona - 6:30pm Pac12N
#21 USC (-3) at Arizona State - 7:45pm ESPN

All teams are active. No bye weeks.

8 teams playing in small point spread games as of right now. 3 of those games have the road team as slight favorites. This could be another tough week to handicap.

UW really in need of a bounce back after their last game and coming off a bye at home.
UCLA at 2-2 in conference and 4-3 overall getting into some of those must win situations? Maybe?
Ducks really in need of a home win to feel better about their chances of making a bowl game.
Utah at 1-3 in conference really desperate to get back to winning.
Cal has been strong for such a young team, but are also 1-4 in conference and struggling to find wins to reach a bowl.
Colorado has hit a tough skid themselves and need this home win to think about a bowl game.
Cougs need a solid performance on the road in the always tough desert to keep pace in the North race.
Rich Rod only one win away from bowl eligible and still 3-1 in conference so they have a bid for the South.
USC is still really struggling to find themselves, but at 4-1 in conference still have a lot to play for.
And ASU. Da fuq did these guys come from? 3-1 in conference and at home against their likely biggest obstacle for the South crown.

This is the time of year where hopes and dreams either start becoming clearer, or start fading away.

Fitting song likely for a few teams this week as either division titles or bowl hopes start looking more bleak for quite a few teams. Kind of a pivotal weekend.

Thankfully since we finally have a day game at Husky Stadium I should be home in time to watch the night cap at Sun Devil stadium.

Good luck down there. You're going to need it if the forks keep playing the way they have the last couple of weeks.
