okay, sitting watching sportsnation and they interview Rasheed Wallace (forward for Boston Celtics) and his chillin' in his Philadelphia Flyers hat. okay...is he from Philly i assume? because considering what just happened...that's a no-no.

He used to wear a Flyers jersey when he played for the Pistons during the playoffs.
It doesn't shock me but I am sure it has to piss off the Bruins fans 100 times worse now after that series than it ever did to the Wings fans.

yeah, if THAT wasn't a sign of things to come. but seriously. one thing i love about the burgh sports, they support eachother. buccos go to pens games, pens go to steelers games, steelers go to pens games, pens go to buccos games, etc, etc. i remember watching a pirates post game and maholm was wearing a pens hat. it's just cool to see that.

I believe he was. I really don't have a problem with it. He's a fan of the Flyers so he should where his stuff proudly. Don't expect any free dinners though

Yes, Sheed is a huge Flyers fan. There is a memorable clip that I can't seem to find from his run to the championship in 2004. He's in the middle of a postgame interview and all the sudden, he looks away from the reporters and starts screaming "That's game!" He was watching Game 6 of the ECF when Gagne scored his memorable OT winner against the Bolts.
