Literally for the last 4 straight years, every single problem in the world has been blamed on Texas.
I think the new Global Warming theory has something to do with Texas being responsible.

I am more surprised that Texas fans have not lost minds and went "full psychopathic troll" on the boards.

There are essentially 4 types of threads that have dominated CFB message boards:
1. anti-SEC threads/pro-SEC
2. anti-Bama/pro-Bama
3. anti Big 10 bowl season only
4. anti-Texas
That pretty much makes up 95% of the thread traffic on virtually every CFB message board.

It is easy to be a polite fanbase, when no one even mentions your team.
It is much more difficult when everytime you check in, there is another hatred thread.

I'd say love Oregon or a Screw Oregon threads claim at least 15%.

Game threads probably make up another 15%.

Any coaching search gets a thread 5%.

Any NCAA issue gets a thread 5%.

Silly videos get probably about 5%.

On pure traffic and post the PAC Thread is at least 10%.

I think you are just being a little sensitive.

I went to one meet up for a Mustang forum I used to frequent often while I was still in college. They hold a 3 day meet up around a drag strip in the central US so it would be accessible to most members. It was a hell of a lot of fun. It was one of those forums that you could be on a road trip and have car trouble, post a thread, and have a few members contact you immediately to come pick you up with a place to stay and help you out with the car.

Along those same lines, if there was ever a SportsHoopla meet up, I would love to be in attendance if possible. Would be one hell of a tailgate.

The Oregon fans here so far because of OD have been hilarious and I for the most part like them(well maybe not like but they are needed here).
Nebraska fans are good and bad
Bamabear is my fav bammer but other than that they are for the most part homers
VT fans are all cool
SF and SEA are fairly similar and have evenly good and bad eggs
